About Us
Vision Statement
Specifically, we believe God has called us to focus on reaching those in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas, who do not regularly attend any church. As a result, the Jacksonville area will be different with the Christian influence being increasingly felt in homes, businesses, education, and politics. We foresee other churches coming under this ministry with the same vision for their areas.
Mission Statement
To honor our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by carrying out His command to make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:19-20)
Philosophy of Ministry
A Commitment to relevant Bible Exposition: We are committed to equipping Christians through the preaching and teaching of God’s Word, to follow Christ in every sphere of life.
A Commitment to Prayer: The ministries and activities of this church will be characterized by reliance on Prayer in their conception, planning, and execution.
A Commitment to Lay Ministry: The ministries of this church will be placed, as much as possible, in the hands of non-clergy workers. This will be accomplished through training opportunities and through practices that encourage lay initiation, leadership, responsibilities, and authority in various ministries of the church.
A Commitment to Small Group: We are committed to small group ministry as one of the most effective means of building relationships, stimulating spiritual growth, and developing leaders.
A Commitment to Excellence: In the ministries of this church, we seek to maintain a high standard of excellence for the glory of God. This will be achieved when every person is exercising his or her God-given spiritual gift to the best of his or her ability.
A Commitment to Growth: We believe that God desires for us to reach as many people as possible with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we will pursue methods and Policies that will facilitate numerical growth without compromising in any way our integrity or our biblical truth and “Get Them Motivated About Jesus” by the outpouring of the Holy Ghost!
