Lady Cynthia Bolden
Such a vast spectrum of education equipped Dr. Bolden to work with the Arkansas Commission in the area of severe maltreatment, and from there she walked into her destiny-working alongside her husband in ministry. Her obedience to this call allowed her to maximize her potential in pioneering. She launched Lil Motivators Academy, where she serves as senior operations manager and training instructor, D.I.V.A.S. (Disciplined, Intellectual, Victorious, Anointed, Sisters) for Christ, Inc., a ministry designed to develop women to their full potential in Christ with an emphasis on holy living, H.O.P.E. (Helping Out People Everywhere) Community Development Corporation, which is an asset to the community, all while serving the City of Jacksonville as a Civil Service Commissioner, as appointed by Mayor Fletcher of Jacksonville, Arkansas.
Dr. Bolden lives up to her mantra “to equip the saints of God in the area of maintaining a Godly focus in negative situations,” and because of this, she is a highly sought-after speaker for workshops, conferences, women’s conferences, etc. She is anointed to teach concerning the importance of maintaining the mind of Christ, and how to guard against the attacks of the mind that may hinder the anointing of Christ from flowing in people’s lives. Dr. Bolden’s living legacy continues as she encourages all whom she encounters to stay focused and MOTIVATED ABOUT JESUS!
Tyler, Texas native, Dr. Cynthia E. Bolden, affectionately known to many in the congregation as Lady C., is a mentor, a motivational speaker, an accomplished recording artist, and a multi-faceted pioneer! Being most recognized for her role as the co-pastor of Evangelistic Ministries Church, Dr. Bolden’s influence transcends the four walls of the edifice and spans the globe! The influence she possesses, however, fosters its foundation at home, where she is the happily married, loving wife of twenty-one-plus years, to Dr. James E. Bolden, III, and the miraculous, proud mother of Dorian and Apollos Bolden.
Dr. Bolden received her formal education from the prestigious Penn State University in Harrisburg, PA; earning her Bachelor of Science in the area of Sociology, and minoring in Psychology. Her hunger for education and the Word earned her a certificate of completion from the Marilyn Hickey Mentoring Clinic in Denver, Colorado, an honorary doctorate in Theology from Christ the Lamb Theological Seminary of Durban Kwa-Zulu-Natal, South Africa, and an earned doctoral degree from Midwest College of Theology where she currently serves as the Vice President and senior instructor at the Jacksonville location.
